Overview
Compact, independent and versatile, the REMEDY 355 FA is a CNC butt-fusion welding machine for PE and PP pipes. Designed for high productivity on small and medium diameters, it features tracked traction and an on-board generator for autonomous jobsite operation.

Features

• Maximum performance: CNC fully automatic welding cycle with controlled opening/extraction/closing of the heating plate in compliance with ISO 21307 Low Pressure, GIS/PL2-3:2015, WIS 4-32-08 I4, DVS 2207-1:2015 and DVS 2207-11:2017.
• SmartLock: Clamps equipped with the SmartLock system (Ritmo patent) for tool-free rapid locking and release of reductions.
• Operator-friendly: 14 kW engine, diesel fuel, fuel tank for continuous operation over 12 hours; tracked drive negotiates slopes up to 35%; welding range Ø 125 ÷ 355 mm (4" ÷ 14" IPS, 4" ÷ 12" DIPS).
• Complete kit: Standard equipment includes hydraulic rollers, hydraulic milling cutter, assisted insertion system for milling cutter–heating plate (Ritmo patent) and high-intensity LED illumination of the welding area.
• Safe movements: Manual forward movement controlled from a rear control position via dedicated levers.
• In-ditch operation: Welding unit removable from the trolley for in-ditch use; dedicated cables and optional extensions up to 7 m allow remote cycle management.
• Easy maintenance: Fast access to compartments for routine checks and operator-level maintenance.
• Shipping flexibility: Compact dimensions and contained weight permit simple transport using a trolley.
