The Delta 160 M by Ritmo is a Closed end welder which comes with a manual butt fusion welder. For this specific unit, it can be used for pipes having a diameter of up to Ø 160 mm. The whole unit comprises of a machine body, two clamps and an extractable electric milling cutter which comes with a safety micro switch. Also, included in the unit is an extractable heating plate and a two lateral supports upon request. DELTA 160 M have a locking device clamps - aligner RITMO Patented, that helps the operator to apply the necessary welding force. The welder is equipped with a clamp-aligner system patented by Ritmo, thus allowing the operator to apply the correct welding force. The Digital Dragon is an high precision electronic thermoregulator (± 1° C accuracy) with digital display and regulating buttons.
