Overview
The Side-load Cartoner SL-120 is an automated packaging machine designed to form, fill and seal cartons for pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics and consumer goods. It supports inline connection to blister packaging and pillow packing equipment for continuous production.

Function & Process
Flat cartons are fed into the machine, formed into a 3D carton, filled with product and leaflet (1–4 folds), and then closed by mechanical sealing, hot melt glue or tuck-flap closure. Integrated quality-control systems include material testing, lack-of-material detection, batch printing and automatic rejection to ensure correct filling and secure sealing.
