Product overview
The RD-ZH-130W cartoning machine packs a range of products into cartons, including alu-pvc/alu-alu blister packs, pharmaceutical bottles, sachets and tubes. Suitable for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food, cosmetic and daily-chemical production lines. The machine adapts to different product formats by swapping feeders and adjusting carton size settings without structural changes.

Working principle
Products are fed manually or automatically. The machine runs a preset program to load a defined quantity into each carton. A conveyor with product detection verifies counts and triggers automatic rejection for mismatches. A leaflet folder (1–4 folds; optional GUK folder) folds and inserts instructions. A pusher transfers products and leaflets into an automatically opened carton, then flap folding and tucking are completed. Missing leaflet, unopened carton or missing product are detected and rejected automatically.
