Description
This equipment produces plastic doam pencils with graphite or color lead.
It is made of 3 lines:
1 -A line for the preparation of the leads (compound) with :
- a twin screw extruder equipped with 2 feeders
- a cooling bath
- a pelletizer
2 - A co-extrusion line with:
- 3 extruders (one for the lead, one for the rod and one for the varnish).Each is equipped with a pneumatic measure feeder and a automatic dispenser.
- a calibration and cooling bath
- a system for measuring the diameter of the extruded product
3 - A finishing machine for sharpening and labelling the pencils
Production capacity is approx 10000 pencils per hour.
