Description
This production line can produce tubes, profiles or made the coating of wires from thermosetting silicone.
The production range may vary from 2 to 50 Kg/h.
The axis of the line can be horizontal or vertical depending on use.
The line is composed of :
- a water cooled extruder with a diameter of screw from 30 to 60 mm.
- a tube or a profile die head.
- a polymerization oven with or without the belt puller.
- a caterpillar puller
- a cutting device and a rewinder
