Description
This production line is designed to produce small size blown film from different kinds of plastic with an important production capacity
The dimensions of the blown film may vary in diameter from 10 to 50 mm, and in thickness from 10 to 30 microns.
Production speed up to 60 m/mn.
The line is composed of :
- an extruder with a diameter of screw from 20 to 45 mm
- a blown film die head
- a bath for cooling and conformation under vacuum
- a device for pulling and rewinding
