Ventuo Cor balancing solutions offer manual and fully automatic balancing systems for wheel manufacturing. Our balancing stations are an integral part of a wheel balancing machine and all known balancing weights can be processed in these stations. In manual balancing, the operator attaches the weights to the balancing planes supported by the wheel alignment function for ergonomic balancing in short cycle times. Fully automatic systems apply adhesive, or two-piece clamping weights, reliably in the corresponding balancing planes. When applying adhesive roller weights, these are cut to the exact length or weight by a cutting device and pressed onto the entire wheel surface by an application hand.
