The balancing machine for turning and complete converters is a single-plane balancing machine with a vertical rotor axis that enables semi-automatic or fully automatic processes. It has a balancing unit, precision clamping fixtures, a weight cutting and molding unit and a welding unit for unbalance correction. The unbalance is determined in the measuring system developed by Schenck and the correction values are calculated in the associated CAB 950 software. This enables very precise and efficient balancing, as all components in the measuring and correction process are perfectly harmonized.
Flexible loading and unloading of the balancing machine
The balancing machine for rotary and complete converters enables manual or automatic loading and unloading, either via the integrated transport mechanism or an external feed.
