OverviewTRITON is a modular press concept by Schuler offering mechanical and servo-driven press solutions for premium industrial applications. The series covers press forces from approx. 6,300 kN up to 32,000 kN and is designed for flexible integration and efficient service.
DigitalizationTRITON includes digital machine applications and integrates into plant networks. IoT-ready features (direct sensor access via IO-Link, image monitoring) and updatable software enable data-based tools such as Press Force Monitor and Lubrication Monitor for increased availability and predictive maintenance.
Flexibilization in manufacturingDesigned to meet modern, mixed-volume production, TRITON supports small-lot flexibility while maintaining cycle performance and part quality. Consistent automation from coil line to press and conveyors ensures coordinated material flow. Rugged, stiff construction reduces bending and cutting impact for cleaner part edges.
Different requirements globallyCentralized monitoring and cross-site comparison are supported by digital tools. The intuitive touchscreen HMI with switchable e-paper button labels supports multiple languages and integrates technical documentation for straightforward operation and maintenance.
Sustainable and resource savingLow wear, long service life and energy-efficient drive design (low moment of inertia, reduced-parts drive) contribute to cost-effective operation. Optional packages such as EcoForm Plus and Energy Monitor further support energy reduction.
Retention of skilled staffLower noise emissions, clear HMI guidance and integrated digital assistance (Optimizer, Smart Assist, DigiSim) simplify operation, improve output consistency and help retain qualified staff.
