Overview

Industrial CBD oil extraction and processing equipment supplied by SENBO FLUID. The solution is designed for industrial hemp (THC < 0.3%) and covers the full production chain: extraction, concentration, distillation, chromatography, crystallization, filtration and drying. Systems are available as individual machines or turnkey processing lines.

Key capabilities and scope

SENBO FLUID provides equipment for solvent extraction, concentration, thermal control (cold/heat), molecular (wiped‑film) distillation, preparative HPLC, solvent rectification, freeze precipitation and continuous drying, plus auxiliary units (chillers, heaters, vacuum pumps). Turnkey project design and line installation services are offered.

Main equipment and functions

• Extraction tank (stirred): dynamic extraction under atmospheric, slight vacuum or controlled temperature (warm/cold) with agitation to maximise yield.
• Concentrator: adapted concentrators for plant extracts supporting multiple drying and concentration modes.
• Cooling / sedimentation tank: freeze precipitation or normal‑temperature sedimentation for wax/lipid removal and solid–liquid separation.
• Molecular (wiped‑film) distillation: low‑temperature, short‑residence separation for heat‑sensitive oils; includes jacketed evaporator, scraper to form thin film, condensers and discharge for heavy fractions.

Product and chemistry information

• CBD (Cannabidiol): typical appearance golden liquid; molecular formula C21H30O2; molecular weight ≈ 314.22; insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol/methanol.
• THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol): main psychoactive cannabinoid, often present as THCA in raw plant material; concentrate and regulatory limits must be controlled.

CBD product types (definitions)

• Full Spectrum Cannabidiol Oil: whole‑plant extract containing CBD plus terpenes, other cannabinoids, nutrients and trace THC (often darker/viscous).
• Broad Spectrum CBD Oil: similar to full spectrum but with THC removed or reduced to trace levels (<0.3%).
• Cannabidiol Isolate: purified CBD powder (>99% CBD) without other cannabinoids or terpenes; odorless, used for derivative products.
• Pure CBD Isolate Oil: CBD crystals (up to 99.9% purity) dissolved into carrier oil (MCT, olive, sesame, VG/PG).

Extraction method (summary)

Common solvent extraction methods (e.g., ethanol, butane) are used on dried biomass. Processes are designed to maximise extraction yield and product purity while minimising and removing toxic solvent residues; solvent recovery and rectification are integral to the line.
