Our TorqSense rotary strain gauge transducers utilise non-contact technology, eliminating the need for noisy slip rings. The SGR530/SGR531/SGR532 series torque transducers are direct equivalents of the SGR510/511/512 models but feature an external electronics module to overcome space, environmental, temperature or noise constraints that might impact the transducers performance. The addition of the external electronics module enhances the versatility for applications such as torque measurement, testing, feedback control of drive mechanisms, and process control, ensuring dependable performance even in challenging conditions. The SGR series transducers employ advanced strain gauge signal conditioning techniques to deliver high-bandwidth analog outputs, available as fixed voltage or current signals for seamless integration with analog instrumentation. Three output channels are provided, with channel assignments depending on the specific model, offering a versatile and cost-effective torque measurement solution with excellent overrange and overload capabilities.
