Product Overview
The TorqSense rotary strain gauge transducer SGR523 uses non-contact signal transmission to eliminate slip rings. It integrates an external incremental angle encoder for precise angular measurement, enabling combined torque-and-angle analysis for test stands, tightening stations and drive mechanism evaluation. Typical applications include mechanical test rigs, bolt and bottle cap tightening tests and process control monitoring where torque vs. angle data improves fault detection and reduces production waste.
