Description

Our company has advanced longitudinal submerged arc welding production line, which can produce longitudinal submerged arc welding pipes whose diameter is Φ350-5000 mm, thickness is 6-80 mm, length is 3-12 mm. We also have advanced double sided spiral submerged arc welding steel pipe production line, which can produce double sided spiral submerged arc welding steel pipes whose diameter is Φ219-2820 mm, thickness is 6-30 mm. Besides, we produce 3PE Anticorrosion Spiral Steel Pipes. By implementing API SPEC 5L, GB/T9711-2011, SY/T5037-2008, ASTM A252\A53,ISO3183,DIN17172,EN10217,JIS G3457,GB/T3091-2015,GB/T21835 standards, we can also produce special qualified pipes depending on customers’ requirements. Large Diameter Thick Wall Spiral Steel Pipe Spiral welded pipe is to roll the low carbon structural steel or low alloy structural steel band to pipe blank with certain spiral curve (forming angle), then weld the seam to form the finished product. We can use narrow steel band to produce large diameter steel pipe. Spiral welded pipe is mainly used in petroleum, natural gas, water supply and drainage pipework.
