Applications: Handling of condensate in power stations and energy systems. NLT-type condensate pump is an improved design based on foreign technology and has been widely used in domestic power plants, with high operating efficiency and reliability. About 60% of condensate pumps used in nuclear power plants in China are provided by SEC-KSB. Oil-bath lubricated tilting pad thrust bearing has strong bearing capacity and long life. Water lubricated guide bearings are installed at each impeller and intermediate connecting pipe of each stage to evenly distribute radial force in the whole long shaft system. The guide bearing made of high polymer material ensures long service life, allows short dry grinding, and shows powder after wear, without the phenomenon of holding the shaft.
