Product overviewThe AKM398 is a three-axis MEMS vibration sensor designed for industrial vibration and impact measurement. The sensor integrates a single-crystal silicon capacitive MEMS chip, a low-power ASIC for signal conditioning, a microcontroller storing calibration/compensation data and an integrated temperature sensor. The device provides analog current output (4–20 mA), factory calibration, solid-state power reset and over-voltage protection to ensure stable, reliable signals in demanding environments.
