Product overview
The AKF398 is a triaxial MEMS vibration sensor with analog current output (4–20 mA) designed for vibration testing, impact measurement and continuous field monitoring. The sensing element is a single-crystal silicon capacitive MEMS die integrated with a low-power ASIC for signal conditioning, a microcontroller storing compensation values and an onboard temperature sensor. The electronics include solid-state reset power and comprehensive over-voltage protection.
