The AKM390 is a three-axis MEMS accelerometer with analog voltage output designed for industrial vibration and impact measurement. It integrates a single‑crystal silicon capacitive sensor, a low‑power ASIC for signal conditioning, a microcontroller for compensation storage and a temperature sensor. The device is calibrated, sealed to IP67 and built with aerospace‑grade aluminium.
