Product descriptionThe AKC370 is a triaxial MEMS capacitive vibration sensor with an analog voltage output (0.5–4.5 V). It integrates internal compensation and EMC/RFI shielding to provide stable, linear output and long-term reliability. The sensor supports selectable measurement ranges and includes an internal self-test for condition monitoring.
