Product description
The AKC370 is a triaxial MEMS capacitive vibration sensor providing analog voltage output (0.5–4.5V). It uses single‑crystal silicon MEMS sensing with internal compensation and EMC/RFI shielding to deliver linear output and long‑term stability. Measurement ranges are selectable and an integrated self‑test function enables real‑time status verification.
