Product OverviewThe AKM390 is a three‑axis MEMS capacitive vibration sensor with an analog 0–5 V voltage output for industrial vibration and shock measurement. It integrates a single‑crystal silicon MEMS element, a low‑power ASIC for signal conditioning, a microcontroller for compensation storage and a temperature sensor. The sensor is factory calibrated, low power and designed for stable, repeatable output with solid‑state reset and over‑voltage protection. The aerospace‑grade aluminum housing is rated IP67 and is suitable for field monitoring and portable test systems.
