Description

Product description
AKM392 is a triaxial MEMS digital vibration sensor for vibration and shock testing. It integrates a micromachined monocrystalline silicon capacitive sensing chip, a low-power signal-conditioning ASIC, a microprocessor for compensation storage and a temperature sensor. Digital outputs include RS232, RS485 and TTL; each sensor can be assigned an address for long-distance multi-point serial connection and centralized data analysis. The sensor offers low power consumption, mechanically robust construction, calibrated stable output, solid-state over-current protection and long-term scale factor stability typically <0.1% FS.
