Product description
The AKC378 is a triaxial vibration sensor using single-crystal silicon MEMS capacitive sensing with on-board signal compensation to ensure linearity and long-term stability. The sensor provides a DC-coupled 4-20 mA analog current output suitable for industrial monitoring systems. Frequency response supports DC and low-frequency vibration measurement from 0 Hz up to 200 Hz. Integrated EMC/RFI shielding improves immunity in electrically noisy environments. Its low-power design and compact dimensions make it suitable for continuous monitoring and integration into control systems. A built-in self-test allows rapid verification of sensor and signal-chain integrity.
