UNI servo actuator is equiped with servo motor. So it can be precisely controlled. Grease added inside offers a smooth movement. UNI electric linear actuators provide low noise motion. Bescides, piston are maintenance-free without any oil-leaking issue. As a result, electric servo actuator is a perfect replacement of air and hydradulic cylinder. Furthermore, anti-rotation mechanism prevents piston rod from rotating.
Noted:
The load and speed of actuator will be calculated based on the gear ratio and motor specification.
Gearbox will be assembly when high load, smooth speed needed. Various high precision brands of gearbox are choosable.
All UNI low cost Servo Actuators will be mounted with motor. Servo drive sent along with incremental encoder and cables. Panasonic, Yaskawa, Ormon, Siemens and other brands of motor are available.
If you prefer use your familiar motor or gearbox, no problem. Please send us the 3D models. UNI engineer team will design and custom the mounting for you. We will make sure they can perfectly fit.
