Description

50KN Tension Machine Actuator SERVO DRIVEN FAQ Q1. Can we control the cylinder with a computer? Or what control system is needed? A1: Actually, our actuator is provided with servo motor and drive. You need to send the signal to motor drive, like PLC. Then the drive will actuate the actuator movement. Our drive can be controlled by CANOPEN. As a result, it can connect directly to host controller(industrial computer) simply by a network cable. Q2. How long is your warranty period? Do you provide free technical support and after-sales service? A2: One year warranty. UNI Technology provide liftime technical support and instruction. Q3. Are you a trading company or factory? A3: We are the manufacturer specialized in electric linear actuators since the year 2014, and we have been mainly exporting to major equipment manufacturers in Europe, North America, South America, and Southeast Asia these years. Q4. About the max thrust UNI Electric Linear Actuator can provide? A4: The load capacity of UNI electric linear actuator is 0~20tons. Q5. What is the max stroke of the 50KN Tension Machine Actuator can make? A5: Our UNI electric linear actuator can reach 2800mm in stroke. Also, we are developing the telescopic electric cylinders. They are able to reach longer stroke with shorter size. Q6. Does UNI electric linear actuator drived by ball screw or lead screw? A6: Our standard UNI electric linear actuators are drived by ball screw, because it is of higher transmission effeciency than that of lead screw. But we can use lead screw as the drive system for the electric linear actuator as well when the customer is particularly concerned about the cost.
