Electric Cylinder for Servo Press Machine ranges from 1ton to 20ton. Our heavy duty high precision servo cylinder ideal for applications requiring high force performance in tough environments. What’s more, we can make IP65 protection and stainless steel 304/316 material. UNI Servo Press Cylinder series are more robust in mechanical design and materials used. We use triple safety factor bearings,ball screw,gear and timing pulley and other machinal components.We can assure the safety of usage.
Note:
The rated load and speed of actuator will be calculated, based on the gear reduction and motor technical data. Gearbox will be needed for higher force and lower speed. Japan-shimpo, Taiwan Liming and other high precision brands of gearbox are available.
All UNI heavy duty electric cylinders will be equipped with motor,drive,encoder and cables. Panasonic, Yaskawa, Mitsubishi,Siemens,Schneider and others brands of motor can be choosen. Please Contact us for more infomation.
If you prefer use your own motor or gearbox, please send us the drawings. UNI engineer team will design and custom the servo actuator for you.
