Description

The fully automatic mechanical bottle cap assembly line developed by our company incorporates a CCD inspection system to enhance finished product qualification rates and assembly speed. It is designed for assembling various types of bottle caps, including non-standard breakaway rings, cold-cut and hot-cut caps, and is suitable for applications such as wine bottle caps, movable cup lids, pump heads, and more. The machine can be customized according to specific requirements to meet different assembly needs.
