This line is specially for making the champion cap, not only protect the champion, but also to improve the package and make it vivid. Any logo you want can put on it. 


Process:
 Main material unwinding - unwinding correction - side hot stamping A(option) - side hot stamping B(option) - side punching - side dotted line - automatic gluing - top pressing(including top hot stamping) - top hot sealing - side groove - automatic cap removal/counting - automatic stacking 




Output(depends on the design of the cap and the quality of the material) 
Standard machine output: 120ppm 
With Side hot stamping system 100ppm 
With top hot stamping system 100ppm
