Overview
Capable of nucleic acid quantitation and purity assessment, protein quantitation, and photometric (OD) measurements. Measurement requires only a 1–2 µL micro-volume drop on the measurement window. Start the sequence via the instrument Start button or the software Start Measurement command; the instrument automatically sets the optical path length, performs the measurement and executes the mounting and wiping sequence, eliminating manual arm movement and manual wiping.
