Overview
HAST (Highly Accelerated Stress Test) chambers create a controlled high-temperature, high-humidity and high-pressure steam environment to accelerate aging and reveal failure modes in electronic components, materials, coatings and sealants. The chamber shortens qualification cycles and supports reliability assessment and design validation.

Operation
Samples are placed inside the sealed HAST chamber and exposed to saturated steam under controlled temperature, humidity and pressure. The system provides forced steam circulation, precise temperature control and pressure monitoring to reproduce accelerated environmental stress. Tests detect material degradation, seal failures and process-related defects to inform corrective actions.
