ONEWRAP is a semi-automatic stretch wrapper designed for standard pallet wrapping operations. It wraps palletized loads with stretch film and can be supplied with mechanical and electromagnetic brakes (EM / M / FM) or with mechanical and powered pre-stretch carriages (SM – 90% / LP – 240%).

Control panel and operation
A modern control panel with clear icons supports up to 10 programmable wrapping programs to ensure consistent cycles. The machine offers five operating modes:

• Automatic — Up only
• Automatic — Up & Down
• Automatic — Up only + Pause for top sheet
• Automatic — Up & Down + Pause for top sheet
• Manual

• Adjustable carriage ascent and descent speeds
• Top-sheet application cycle with programmable carriage descent before pause (time delay)
• Programmable overwrap from the control panel (time delay)
• Cycle stoppable and resumable (useful for applying corner protection)
• Large two-digit display for viewing parameters and error codes (speed, number of loops, film tension, overwrap, timing, top-sheet descent level)
