E disconnect switches deliver distribution class performance (15-25 kV, up to 900 A) while meeting power class standards up to 600 A. Why E disconnect switches? Siemens E disconnect switches are medium-voltage air-break switches for power distribution. They provide reliable circuit control for applications up to 25 kV and 900 A. Power distribution systems demand robust, safe solutions for diverse current types. Our E disconnect switches offer dependable circuit interruption. Equip them with the optional Saf-T-Gap interrupter to manage transformer magnetizing, line charging, loop-switching currents and emergency load dropping, ensuring operational stability. Durable polymer or porcelain insulators ensure reliable performance and longevity, reducing maintenance needs. Key benefits Flexible applications Apply our E disconnect switches across circuits up to 600 A. Use the Saf-T-Gap interrupter for transformer magnetizing, line charging and loop-switching currents to meet diverse power distribution needs. Enhance safety Perform critical operations, including emergency load dropping. Use the Saf-T-Gap interrupter for safe handling of various currents and to protect your infrastructure. Integrate seamlessly Install E disconnect switches easily with backplate sets for single or double crossarm mounting to simplify installation and reduce setup time. These switches can integrate seamlessly into your existing infrastructure.
