OverviewUsing advanced FEM (Finite Element Modeling) and parametric CAD, each hydraulic press is engineered and customized to the customer’s specifications to meet targeted performance and process requirements.
Hydraulic presses for AutomotivePresses for the automotive sector are available from 1,000 kN to 50,000 kN (100 Ton to 5,000 Ton) for sheet stamping, heat shield stamping, SMC, RTM and PCM processes, forged carbon and composite components that require molds heated to 160°–250°. All presses can be supplied with automatic mold loading/unloading, automatic bolster for mold change, and upper and lower blank holders on request.
Hydraulic presses for SealsSeals presses are built in various tonnages (1,000 kN to 50,000 kN) for industries such as chemical and oil & gas. Options include automatic bolster for mold change, heated platens, vacuum domes and central/lateral ejectors. An intermediate platen for dual production is available. Typical moulded materials include:
- PTFE
- Filled PTFE
- PEEK
- Melamine
- POM
- SMC glass fiber
- SMC carbon fiber
Hydraulic presses for Tube calibrationTube calibration presses range from 10,000 kN to 50,000 kN and are used to calibrate welded, cold-formed or rolled tubes in carbon steel, stainless, duplex, superduplex and chrome steels. Tubes for oil & gas installations from 8” to 72” (diameters up to 1828.8 mm) can be processed. Automatic shuttle feeding and automatic mold change systems can be integrated. We manufacture calibrating presses for stainless, X70, duplex and superduplex steels up to 70 mm thickness.
Hydraulic presses for Sheet metalSheet metal presses are supplied from 2,000 kN to 50,000 kN for metal forming, prebending and bending. Materials include carbon steel, stainless, duplex, superduplex and chrome steels. Options include automatic mold change systems, upper and lower blank holders and automatic mold clamping. Presses are designed for precision, finishing and integration into automated lines. We also produce try-out presses for die testing.
Hydraulic presses for Deep drawingDeep drawing presses are built in ranges from 2,000 kN to 50,000 kN with options for automatic bolster for mold change, upper and lower blank holders. Control software handles lower/upper blank holders, redraw systems, bottom drawing with lower and upper ejectors and stroke-damping systems for trim operations to produce complex shapes.
Hydraulic presses for SMC and composite materialsPresses for SMC, SMC CARBON, RTM, PCM and FORGED CARBON are used in automotive and solar energy sectors. We build presses up to 50,000 kN (5,000 Ton). Mold electric heating systems with zoned automatic temperature control are available with variable power per customer requirements.
Hydraulic presses for ForgingForging presses handle hot material at controlled temperatures and high cycle rates to form steel parts. Forging presses can reach 120–140 cycles per minute and are available from 10,000 kN to 50,000 kN (1,000 Ton to 5,000 Ton).
