XY positioning stage IS-PHP

The IS-PHP is an optogenetics XY positioner designed for precise positioning of a focused laser spot within a microscope objective's field of view. It enables pinpoint illumination of a laser spot on your sample, allowing you to select the spot size and position it exactly where needed for applications such as photoactivation, optogenetics, and uncaging. With the ability to achieve spot sizes down to 10 microns on a 40X objective, the IS-PHP mounts on the side of the CBH. Users can attach a connectorized fiber to the FLG/SMA/2 on the side of the PHP and steer the illuminated spot across the sample by adjusting azimuth and elevation. Pinhole sizes are easily interchangeable for variable spot sizes.
