General purpose double-sided all-aluminum liquid cold plates with low thermal resistance at low fluid flow rates up to 4 lpm (1 gpm) Suitable for a wide variety of applications including: Thermoelectric module cooling Laboratory hot/cold plates Solid state and semiconductor lasers Analytical instruments Power semiconductors Any other application requiring uniform liquid temperature control All of our low flow LC Liquid Cold Plates are made from solid aluminum using SSCS's unique patented channel design for optimum thermal transfer Material: 6063 aluminum T6 hardened Flatness: Flat to 0.0005 in./in. 0.005 in. overall (both sides) Two sided: both sides have the same heat transfer properties. Thermal resistance graphs are shown for one side only: all values are reduced by one-half for two-sided operation.
