Large-area, double-sided all-aluminum liquid cold plates for low-pressure drop and high heat loads with flow rates up to 38 lpm (10 gpm) Suitable for a wide variety of applications including: Thermoelectric module cooling High performance electronics IGBTs Solid state and semiconductor lasers Analytical equipment Medical equipment Any other application requiring uniform liquid temperature control All of our Large LCW Liquid Cold Plates are made from solid aluminum using SSCS's unique patented channel design for optimum thermal transfer Material: 6063 aluminum T6 hardened Flatness: Flat to 0.0005 in./in. 0.005 in. overall (both sides) Two sided: both sides have the same heat transfer properties (except for P/N 32-1154-4). Thermal resistance graphs are shown for one side only: all values are reduced by one-half for two-sided operation.
