SPIROL’s Model HA Automatic Heat Insert Driver provides an accurate and consistent installation method to install virtually any type of Heat/Ultrasonic Style Insert into thermoplastic materials. Considering that as much as 75% of the Insert’s performance is based on the quality of the installation, for optimal performance of the installed Insert, it is important to control time, temperature and pressure throughout the entire installation process. SPIROL's Model HA eliminates the reliance on the operator to guarantee the near perfect flow of the plastic into the exterior features of the Threaded Insert for optimum retention and performance. In addition, given that the Model HA is equipped with an automatic feeder bowl, the operator does not need to touch the Insert throughout the entire installation process. This is particularly useful when installing small, hard to handle Inserts. The Model HA Automatic Heat Insert Driver installs Inserts ranging in size from M2 – M8 metric threads and #2 – 3/8” unified threads.
