The Model PH is a Platen-style Multi-tip Heat Insert Driver that allows the simultaneous integration of Heat/Ultrasonic style inserts at multiple elevations. This capability yields maximum performance and high productivity. Integrated with high end micrometers and pneumatic pressure regulators that control the insertion force and speed. It can handle various sizes and diameters of inserts. The PH model has the capacity of interchanging the platen-style head with a plug-in style heater wiring. It can handle a maximum of 12 inserts or compression limiters. This feature shortens and simplifies the operation or manufacturing steps leading to a high productivity output and excellent quality products.
