SP-PMB permanent magnetic blocks offer maximum flexibility for precision clamping applications. Featuring four usable magnetic clamping faces and front-side actuation, they are ideal for surface grinding, angular grinding, coordinate grinding, EDM, measuring and assembly operations.

Thanks to the fine 2 + 2 mm pole pitch, even extremely thin workpieces from just 0.5 mm thickness can be clamped securely. The low magnetic field height of only 2 mm ensures precise force distribution and allows accurate machining of delicate components.

The magnetic blocks are hermetically sealed, providing reliable protection against coolant and contaminants. For additional flexibility, SP-PMB magnetic blocks are also available in a stainless chromium steel version.
