Magnetic prism SPPX

SPPX magnetic prisms are versatile workholding and positioning devices designed for measuring, grinding, EDM and assembly applications. Equipped with a powerful neodymium magnetic system, they ensure secure clamping and precise alignment of workpieces with various geometries.

Three magnetically active clamping surfaces – both prism faces and the rear surface – provide maximum flexibility. This allows workpieces to be positioned horizontally or vertically while the prism itself remains securely fixed to a metallic base plate.

The magnetic system is activated easily using the supplied 8 mm hex key with a 90° rotation. This ensures quick and convenient operation in daily use.

SPPX magnetic prisms are particularly beneficial for measuring, grinding, EDM and assembly tasks. Workpieces can be positioned directly on magnetic chuck surfaces without reducing the holding force of the machine's magnetic system.
