The mechanical self-centering vises of the MZQ series with quick-change jaws have been specifically developed for pallet automation systems and applications requiring frequent setup changes. The patented jaw interface allows the top jaws to be changed within seconds – completely without tools.
The significant reduction in setup times makes the MZQ series particularly suitable for automated manufacturing processes as well as single-part and small batch production with frequently changing clamping requirements.

The stepped reversible jaws provide maximum accessibility to the workpiece, even when using short cutting tools in complex 5-axis machining applications. The variable stepped jaw design allows full coverage of the entire clamping range.
