Description

The S 6700H, S 6700U and KT 6780H hipot safety analysers are outstanding solutions for carrying out demanding electrical tests and combine advanced technology with sophisticated design. While the S 6700H and S 6700U are designed as modern desktop devices, the KT 6780H is a plug-in unit that can be ideally integrated into existing racks. The S 6700H tester is equipped with a country-specific mains socket on the front panel for connecting the device under test. In contrast, the S 6700U tester has laboratory sockets and high-voltage sockets on the front panel for the DUT connection. Various adapters can be connected via these plug connections. All three devices are designed to perform a wide range of safety-related tests that are essential for ensuring electrical safety. With their impressive range of functions, they are not only the best devices of their kind, but also indispensable tools for laboratories, workshops and industrial applications. High-voltage tests form a central part of the safety checks that can be carried out with these devices. They enable high-voltage tests with alternating current (AC) in the range from 100 to 5,500 V and a current of up to 20 mA. They also support high-voltage tests in the range from 100 to 6,000 V with direct current (DC). These functions ensure a thorough check of the insulation properties of electrical devices to ensure that they comply with electrical safety requirements. Another remarkable feature is the insulation measurement, which can be carried out in all three devices. The resistance range extends from 250 kΩ to 50 GΩ, which enables precise assessment of the insulation quality.
