Braided wire belts Braided wire belt of Group 500/550 Braided wire belts consist of round wire spirals made either from a flat oval (500) or round (550) spiral shape. They are braided in alternate right and left directions and are put together from sections. Braided wire belts are used for conveying light-weight goods such as cell wool, tobacco, matches, glass wadding etc. Group 500 can be produced in a width of up to 5,500 mm and Group 550 in a width of up to 3,000 mm.
