Braided link belt of Group 100 This flat wire link belt consists of flat wire spirals densely braided in alternate right and left directions. The cross bars are smooth or optionally ribbed. Flat wire link belts are used in continuous furnaces or drying installations and are produced in a width of up to 5,000 mm. They can withstand temperatures of -100°C to +1200 °C. Specifications: Spirals (flat wire): 1.0 x 0.7 – 6.0 x 3.0 mm Cross bars: 1.2 – 8.0 mm Pitch: 6.0 – 63.0 mm
