This gantry allows highly dynamic motions over an area of 1300 x 800 mm. The custom processing head or sensor on Z-axis moves quickly, continuously over the carriers on the granite. The profiled rail guides are mounted directly on the granite to provide optimum running characteristics for enormously repeatable sub-micron results. The gantry design makes integration into cycle lines and lining up multiple such portals easily possible.
