Overview Lift, clamp and rotate 200–220 L drums using a crane-slung drum rotator fitted with integrated wireless weigh scales. The unit records material weight during decanting and can transmit readings to a handheld receiver or a PC for real-time logging and quality records. Available in 304-grade stainless steel or standard powder-coated steel; ATEX/UKEX options for hazardous zones can be specified.

• Drum band options: adjustable universal band for 50–220 L drums or fixed-size band for clamping drums of approx. 580–600 mm diameter (200–220 L).
• Integrated wireless weigh scale system using 2.4 GHz wireless load cells; transmitter sends weight data to a handheld receiver. PC connection kits available for data logging and QA systems.
• Load cell housed within the top section of the DRU02 frame to protect it in service; captive securing arrangement beneath the crane hook provides fail-safe retention in case of cell damage.

• Ergonomic self-locking gearbox with overall ratio 120:1 (60:1 primary gearbox plus 2:1 90° transfer); folding handle that tucks away when not in use to prevent unintended rotation.
• Primary lift points: large central lifting pin for cranes/hoists and fork pockets beneath the top bar for forklifts/stackers (fork pockets are not connected to the weigh system).
• Construction: 304-grade stainless steel for ATEX-rated models or standard steel with grit-blast and powder-coat finish for non-Ex versions.
