Product overview
This forklift drum tipper attachment adjusts to suit various drum types and sizes. The tool allows operators to safely and efficiently empty drums in industrial environments.

Features
Universal drum band
This unit features a fully adjustable stainless-steel drum band, designed to accommodate steel, plastic, or fibre drums ranging from 50 to 220 litres. The band can be adjusted and secured with a ratchet and polyester strap. For users handling only 200-220 litre drums, a fixed over-centre clamp band option is available. Every model is equipped with a premium self-locking rotational gearbox to ensure smooth, controlled rotation without unintended movement.

Sliding mechanism
Designed for maximum adaptability, the model is compatible with drums 350-600 mm diameter and features an adjustable sliding mechanism that allows effortless resizing of the securing band by shifting the forks closer together along the carriage. This allows secure handling of smaller drum sizes as needed.

Fork pockets
The attachment is compatible with a wide range of forklift trucks and is supplied with a load test certificate. Fork pocket size is 136mm x 86mm. Recommended where forklift lift is appropriate; alternatives such as mobile drum tippers are available for certain indoor personnel-safety scenarios.

A fully certified ATEX version (DRU04-SS-Ex) is offered for safe use in hazardous zoned areas. The ATEX model is constructed from 304-grade stainless steel to avoid thermic strike and is suitable for use in gas and dust environments (Zones 1, 2, 21, 22). ATEX-rated units are supplied with a manufacturer’s Declaration of Conformity and documentation to demonstrate compliance with relevant directives, standards, and ISO regulations.
