Overview
This corner drum lifting trolley integrates a heavy-duty weigh scale to lift drums from the corner of pallets and measure contents with industry-grade accuracy. Designed for batch manufacturing and quantity-sensitive operations, the unit combines adjustable drum gripping, hydraulic lift control and chemical-resistant wheels for reliable handling.

• Weigh scale system - Heavy-duty load cell (2000 kg) fitted between lift carriage and head assembly. Fixed battery-powered display mounted to the rear of the head assembly. Functions: zero, tare and industry-standard weighing controls. Accuracy +/- 0.1 kg. Mains-powered charger supplied.
• Universal drum catch - Precision adjustable stainless-steel gripper laser-cut for repeatable engagement with drum lips; height-adjustable to suit various drum types and sizes.
• Stainless-steel ladder rack - Adjustable ladder rack to change catch position for different drum heights.
• Manual hydraulic pump - Aluminium hand pump (17 cc) with lowering valve; hand-operated lever for precise lift and descent control. Hydraulics assembled and tested for cleanliness.
• Chemical-resistant wheels - Polyurethane tyres with aluminium centres and precision bearings; recommended for smooth surfaces and chemical environments.
• Drum suitability - Compatible with steel, plastic and fibreboard drums 50–220 L (including MAUSER drums). Adjustable catch and ladder rack accommodate a wide variety of drums.
• ATEX / UKEX (optional) - Fully certified ATEX / UKEX version available for hazardous areas (Zones 1, 2, 21, 22) with electrical continuity and Declaration of Conformity.
