Overview
This manual drum lifter with integrated weigh scale is designed for safe lifting and manoeuvring of drums on and off 1200 mm x 800 mm Euro pallets and from the floor. The integrated weighing system provides accuracy to +/- 0.1 kg for quality control and precise batch formulation.

Key features

• Unique leg design: 800 mm straddle legs permit access to the narrow end of Euro pallets and allow lifting from pallet edges or the floor.
• Universal drum catch: stainless-steel adjustable gripping mechanism adapts to a wide range of drum types, sizes and lip profiles; top hook is adjustable fore and aft.
• Stainless-steel ladder rack: 304-grade ladder rack with adjustable catch positions to accommodate drum heights from 420 mm to 1000 mm.
• Manual hydraulic pump: UK-made 17 cc hand-operated hydraulic pump with lowering valve; pump-to-raise and manual valve-to-lower operation.
• Drum suitability: compatible with steel, plastic (including MAUSER) and fibreboard drums in common sizes (50–220 litres).
• Weighing system: heavy-duty scale with display accuracy of +/- 0.1 kg; fixed battery-powered display with tare function and standard weighing controls.
• Guarding: shatterproof clear polycarbonate protection (anti-static polycarbonate on ATEX variant).

Optional features

• ATEX / UKEX option: fully certified ATEX/UKEX version for use in Zone 1, 2, 21 and 22 environments (Ex-rated components, grounding/electrical continuity provisions and removable ATEX battery pack on weigh display).
• Stainless-steel model: fully stainless-steel construction with aqua-blasted smooth clean finish suitable for GMP/clean areas.
