Overview
Our Counterbalance Drum Lifter DTP08-R500-LC integrates a heavy-duty weigh scale to provide precise weight measurement of drums and contents. The compact counterbalance design removes the need for outrigging legs, enabling operation in narrow aisles. The display is battery-powered and user-accessible at the rear of the unit for straightforward monitoring and tare/zero functions.

Weigh scale system
The unit incorporates a heavy-duty load cell between the drum gripper and chassis for accurate weighing to +/- 0.1 kg. The rear-mounted battery display supports tare and zero functions and industry-standard weighing controls.

Universal drum catch
The adjustable drum gripper accommodates most 50–220 litre drums, including steel, plastic, fibreboard and MAUSER drums, via an adaptable catch for varying drum lips.

Vertical height adjustment
Adjustable catch and rack design allows vertical positioning of the gripper in 50 mm increments, maximising the available 500 mm lift stroke for different drum heights.

Efficient hydraulic lift system
Hydraulic lifting is achieved with a 13 cc hand-operated pump and lowering valve. Pumps are assembled and tested to ensure reliable hydraulic performance.

ATEX / UKEX option
