Its core design features a hollow structure, allowing pipelines (such as tubes and wires) to pass through the center of the rotating table. It can be directly connected to a servo motor. Driven by a servo motor and utilizing gear reduction, this platform achieves high-precision angular control and boasts characteristics such as high rigidity and high repetitive positioning accuracy. It can serve as a replacement for DD motors and cam dividers. Side-mounted motor interface avoids interference between pipelines and moving components. ● High-Rigidity Support Precision cross roller bearings with 90° staggered preloaded rollers withstand radial, axial, and overturning loads, offering 5-10x higher rigidity than conventional bearings. ● Ultra-High Rotational Accuracy Turntable undergoes secondary grinding to ensure strict geometric tolerances (coaxiality, parallelism), achieving micrometer-level rotational accuracy. Repeat positioning accuracy ≤5 arc-seconds for select models, meeting precision alignment requirements. ● Flexible Compatibility Compatible with any brand of servo/stepper motors; customizable flanges and shaft-bore interfaces. Modular design supports horizontal/vertical installation for enhanced scalability. ● High-Reliability Transmission Single-stage helical gear reducer (precision class ≤5) with adjustable backlash design minimizes transmission error.
